What Are the Customers Saying?

Jemi Reviews

Overall, users have given Jemi a rating of 3.4 out of 5. While many appreciate the platform's ease of use and the ability to create beautiful websites quickly, frustrations include poor customer service and issues with site functionality.

"Never used Jemi and do not have an account, but they charged my card! Cannot even contact customer service!!" - 1/5 - Alice H

"I would reward them negative stars if I could. The site is relatively easy to create but the customer service is nonexistent. They require prior approval to add custom coding like a countdown and even at times a google map. The problem is the approval almost never happens. When I contacted them a year ago on some other issues, the response times was abysmal. These days, when I simply ask them to approve a code they don't even answer. It's been at least a month of no responses. I have never received such a lack of response from a business. They simply do not care. This, mind you, is the level of service for the premium package which I purchased (I don't have the free version; they no longer offer free versions). Imagine upgrading the price but not the service. I will cancel as soon as I am able." - 1/5 - KNNN
